Medical: RBHA offers three medical plan options through Anthem BCBS. Employees who participate in the wellness program are eligible for a reduced medical premium.
Dental: Choose between Delta Dental’s PPO option (which offers a large network of dentists) and an EPO option (which offers predictable costs for numerous dental services).
Vision: Blue View Vision offers affordable premiums and co-pays along with a $130 allowance toward contact lenses or frames.
Flexible Spending Accounts: Cover your medical, dental, and vision co-pays along with other qualified health care expenses with this pre-tax savings plan. We offer options to elect the medical and/or dependent care savings account.

401(a) Defined Contribution Plan: Employees start off with a 5% contribution from RBHA toward retirement savings. Contributions increase based on tenure. Employees are vested after five years of service.
457 Deferred Compensation Plan: Employees can elect to supplement their 401(a) savings with additional contributions to the 457 plan up to the annual IRS maximum.
